The Pilates Studio Norwich is a fully equipped Pilates Studio located in Norwich City Centre.
We believe that Pilates should be experienced by everyone so we offer a variety of classes and individual sessions to suit all needs including Private, Duet and small group classes both in studio and online.
We want you to get the most out of your time with us in the studio so we create personal Pilates sessions to suit your health and fitness goals. Our group classes are small to ensure you receive hands on attention from our experienced teachers.
Our focus is on quality of movement and teaching. We are dedicated to maintaining the integrity of the original Pilates method, created by Joseph Pilates almost 100 years ago. When practiced regularly and correctly, Pilates will change your body and the way you move.
Through the use of exercises performed on the Mat and resistance based Apparatus we will teach you to move in a safe and effective way to create a balanced and functional body. You will see improvements in muscular strength, especially the deep stabilising abdominal muscles, flexibility, control and posture and leave with an improved sense of wellbeing no matter your age, profession or fitness level.
