Group Mat Pilates
Mat Pilates classes to suit all needs – from complete Beginner to Advanced.
By working against gravity, your bodyweight on the Mat and the use of small props you will work through classical and contemporary Pilates exercises that will build strength, focusing on abdominal work to help support the spine, joint mobility and flexibility.
With a strong focus on alignment and breathing you will learn to move with ease and control and finish the class feeling energised and focused.
Classes are currently running at reduced capacity with 5 people in the studio and the option to do the class live online.
Mat classes run in accordance to the school term times and you can purchase and pack of 5 or 10 classes or PAYG.
Ideally, ask that you commit to the same class each week but do allow you to change classes if you cannot make your regularly scheduled class occasionally.
